This stunning newly built, high-specification home has benefited from the full Sensible treatment.

This luxury St. Peter Port penthouse was an empty shell when Sensible were appointed to deliver a lighting design, lighting controls and smart home technology scheme.

Virtually all the light fittings in this house are LED. It was one of the first houses in Guernsey to have such energy efficient lighting.

Other than its use as a dining room this space is mainly a throughfare to the lounge. We decided to make an impact with the picture and table lighting and leave it at that.
