Since 2005 Sensible has been dedicated to providing smart technology to residential & commercial customers within the Channel Islands.
We specialise in providing Lighting and systems design, leading brand light fittings, lighting controls, home automation, audio visual and networking equipment. Of course we also provide the high quality installation and project management that is required to ensure it all fits together perfectly.
Matt Guille
Managing Director
Matt brings a wealth of knowledge to the company. Having qualified as an electrician Matt gained experience with a number of local companies including the Gas Company and the States of Guernsey. Prior to joining the company Matt was a Senior Manager with AFM with responsibility for the service contract for a major Bank both on and off the island.
Matt is also a keen cyclist and a member of the Guernsey Velo Club. A competitive road racer, his chosen discipline is the team and individual Time Trial. At this event he represented the island both locally and in France.
John Brimage
Technical Director
John is an experienced and skilled electrician with many years of lighting control experience gained in the UK and locally. He brings valuable installation and commissioning skills for both residential and commercial projects.
An Electrician, Lutron & Control4 programmer and general smarthome geek, John's fascination with technology ensures we're aware of new products, platforms or techniques that will be at the forefront of home technology in future.
Mark Quinn
Senior Engineer
Highly experienced, with over 20 years in electrical engineering roles in the UK and locally Mark is a qualified Lutron engineer. He also brings exceptional expertise in the areas of CCTV and door access systems to Sensible.
Aaron Dodsworth
Installation Engineer
Aaron brings with him extensive knowledge in the electrical industry following his time as an electrician and in the wholesale market as Assistant Manager. During this time he developed a keen interest in LED Lighting and smart home technology.
In his spare time Aaron is a keen F1 fanatic!
