Luxury Penthouse

This luxury St. Peter Port penthouse was an empty shell when Sensible were appointed to deliver a lighting design, lighting controls and smart home technology scheme.

Working with local Architect Paul Langlois we used integrated details and high-quality light fittings to soften the vast interior spaces whilst highlighting key features of this impressive new-build.

At the centre of this impressive property lies a vast open living space. We've used hidden linear lighting to delineate areas providing separation between living, dining, working and cooking areas.

We used Lutron controls throughout which operate windows, roof lights, curtains and lighting.
